Miss E came to me looking to do a special something for herself for the New Year and to have some awesome, sensual images to gift her boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. She was such a blast, and she left with a huge smile on her face – just radiating a glow of someone who was beaming with pride. Read below to see her describe her boudoir experience in her own words.

What was your biggest fear before your boudoir experience?

“My biggest fear was the fear of the unknown. Having never done a boudoir shoot before, I had no idea what to expect and didn’t know if I would feel uncomfortable or exposed or awkward. Luckily, the very opposite came true. Zayne is a true professional, and I felt taken care of from the minute I walked in to the minute I left the shoot. He’s got his process down, and he understands all the hesitations that come with showing a different side of yourself. Zayne was overly communicative, explaining his every move, which put me at ease and made me feel much more comfortable coming out of my shell.“

How has the experience affected your overall morale?

“I enjoyed the whole experience. I loved picking out my outfit and doing my hair/makeup. I loved all the poses that Zayne put me in, knowing what I was going for and immediately figuring out how to make the most of my outfit and features. And of course, I loved the photo reveal. Zayne sat with me as we walked through every single photo he created (such patience!) and helped me pick the perfect batch of photos.”

If you were to recommend a boudoir session to your best friend, what would you say?

“Zayne is a maestro of his profession. He is able to see the most beautiful, fierce, brave, and stunning angles of a woman that often go unnoticed. His photos linger, making you remember how you felt in a particularly romantic or sensuous moment – a great reminder that sexual health is imperative to good mental health! As I looked through my own photos, barely recognizing myself in a few, I saw a side of myself that had never been documented quite like this before. I saw myself as a sensual, sexy, woman – someone who loves and is loved and is excited by both. I went through my Rolodex of friends in my head, imagining each one of them cast in this same light. They all looked beautiful. I couldn’t recommend this experience more. Every woman deserves to see themselves like this, and Zayne brings it to life – very easy to work with, super flexible, and a master photographer.”
